Abla Volta began with a simple passion for the ancient alchemy of flour, water, and salt. Every loaf is a testament to the beauty of slow living and the integrity of artisan craftsmanship. We believe in bread that nourishes the body and the soul.

Our breads are made from old hard durum wheat, which is high protein and gives our bread a unique, and delicious taste.

The flour is made exclusively from organically grown hard and soft durum wheat cultivated in Italy, and France.

Our breads are made with four ingredients: flour, natural sourdough, filtered water and salt.
